MENS COMPETITIONS
Grafton District Golf Club welcomes all visitors to the area.
Whether you're interested in social golf or joining the regular competitions, all players are encouraged to participate.Our dress codes are fairly flexible, with "neat & tidy attire with no collarless neck or singlet tops" being the only stipulation. Shoe spikes soft or hard, low tread soft sole joggers permitted.We have a range of regular competitions including:

Tuesday Competitions:
We have two 18 hole competitions for members and qualified visitors each week. The open men's competition is played in a Stableford format, usually either single or better ball. The Veterans also run a parallel Stableford competition with regular fields of 80+ players. Suitably qualified players can play in both competitions simultaneously. |
Thursday Competitions:
This 18 hole competition is always well supported. It is played in Stableford format with the exception of the third Thursday in each month when the format is Stroke.This is The Tallow-wood Challenge, where the pins are placed in the most difficult positions and the tee markers are right back. |
Saturday Competitions:
A full range of competitions are run each month. They range includes Stableford, 4 Man Ambrose, Stroke (Monthly Mug) etc. To view the the full programme of weekly events click here. |

Jacaranda Festival Competitions:
On Sunday October 30th we kick off the Jacaranda Festival with the ever popular Mixed Competition. Then for 2 days starting Saturday November 5th the Jacaranda Open Competition begins. |
Veteran Golfers Competitions:
The first major competition of the year is the Winter Festival of Golf and this is held over 5 days starting on May 16th this year. This competition attracts golfers from all over NSW & QLD so be sure to get your entry in early.
The other big event for the Vets is the Big River Week of Golf Competition and the Grafton rounds will take place this year on 20th - 21st of October.
